“ We had an excellent experience at dinner on Sunday night. I had the filet mignon and lobster tail 3 course meal. My filet mignon was cooked to med. rare as per my request. The supervisor, Mitczie was very attentive and accommodating with our rather large group. She paid special attention to the kid’s food, making sure their food was brought out first. She’s very knowledgeable of the wine selection and cocktail recipes. We look forward to hearing from her regarding a tentative reservation for Easter Sunday Dinner. ”
“ Visited for Seasonal Seafood Lunch Buffet. Staffs were very friendly. Especially great service by Johnathan. Food selection was just ok, not excellent to me, they simply didn’t have much of what I usually like for seafood buffet, but everything I ate was tasty enough. Iced tea was included to the lunch buffet, but no alcohol. I wish they serve Apple Cider that they used to. I’d like to come back for their Sunday Brunch or for Dinner next time. ”
“ Small menu, amazing food. Felt like the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, with drinks stocked, and enjoying our food and experience. They were polite. Food was great. Mashed potatoes felt plain. Sauces were delicious. Steak was well seasoned and cooked just how we wanted. Not tough at all, but juicy and flavorful. Lobster was a little on the warm side rather than the hot side. Made me question my decision to eat it. Fries were not special. Thankful they gave us a small anniversary cake! Was a nice thoughtful touch. Went on a Tuesday at 8 and we were the only ones in restaurant. ”
“ Great tomahawk, order medium rear and it was as expected. Good service. Average atmosphere. One of the best steakhouses I have done in Guam. I would visit again. ”
“ Today, we enjoyed lunch at Rootz, located in Tumon Guam. We enjoyed salad, a variety of seafood, and delicious desserts. The wait staff were welcoming and eager to make your lunch hour an enjoyable one with friends and family. The buffet price was reasonable. You can't go wrong when you choose to eat here at Rootz. Come on down and enjoy. We did, and we are stuffed and happy. ”
“ Great food awesome service ! Food was fresh and delicious! The fried banana was so goooood I had to eat triple servings! The lamb was superb! ”
“ I was able to make a last minute dinner reservation online. Parking was hard to find because of the Sunday night market down the road. Service was good. Our drink order was taken right away and given quickly. I ordered the surf and turf: lobster and filet mignon, cooked medium rare. It was pretty tasty with the chimchurri sauce. Had a little wasabi or horseradish kick. The veggies were nicely cooked. We also ordered the mushroom risotto which is really good, a bit salty but I enjoy the earthy taste of the mushrooms. I could eat it without any salt added (maybe for next time). Service was great. We noticed a glass had a crack in it and she replaced it right away. There was complimentary bread and butter which looked good. I abstained from trying it. The mashed potato is really good too. Overall dinner was good. We paid roughly $50-$60 per person. We were able to use my Lifestyle discount which was nice. ”
“ On an island with its fair share of buffet’s, roots does a great job or offer great food at the right price point. Any buffet that has kalibi (Korean short ribs) as an option is okay with me. A great place for locals and tourist alike. ”
